What a session 💙

This was an absolutely incredible session which ended with Elliot doing his best ever stands !

The best bit?

Elliot was really struggling in the first few attempts , but showed some serious determination and dug in … to then perform his best ever stands ⭐

Never give up.

Make warm ups fun! 🎉

Warming up is essential but doesn’t always have to be boring …

It’s also a great chance to work on skills and movement patterns - when this is done in a game format, it doesn’t even feel like training! 😍

Oscars Pull Up Journey! 💪

When I presented the idea of learning the new skill of a pull up - Oscar took no persuading! ⭐

This will be a fantastic movement for strengthening his back muscles , as well as his biceps and grip strength 🔥
