So how do animals stay present 24/7 and what does that have to do with intuition?

It is one of my favourite chapters in my book, and we are going to embody the practice this evening. I'll be teaching how to switch it on with a moment's notice and when that might be useful. It's a lovely get together and one of my favourite nights of the month.

Monthly gatherings are part of the Intutive Practice, the details are in my bio.

Do drop me a DM if you have any questions,

Deep in the belly sits our ninth sense, the Gut. Everything our senses gather comes together here and becomes knowing.
- -
When it’s in balance, we feel grounded and present. Our yes, no and wait arrive clearly, and we trust ourselves.
- -
When it’s out of balance, the signals blur. Doubt creeps in, criticism stings more, and our stomach churns over things that are unresolved.
- -
My family are coming for lunch today, so I’m feeding my Gut well and letting it lead.
- -
Good food, good company and a full body yes.
- -
What might your Gut be saying yes to today?

We all carry a little extra. A worry on repeat, a conversation left unfinished, a drawer that won’t quite close.

When we gently recognise what no longer serves us, and let it go, I call that Clearance.

And it feels wonderful. Space opens up, our breath deepens, our shoulders drop, and we often feel safer and steadier straight away.

In that lovely quiet, our Intuition can be heard. Choices feel clearer, and there’s room for so much more happiness.

Is there anything, even something small, you might feel good letting go of today?

May you create the space to let in more goodness.

So often we're taught to treat sensitivity as an inconvenience.

Born Intuitive is about seeing sensitivity differently, not as weakness, but as intelligence, awareness and a deeper conversation with life.

The places that bring out our sensitivity can be a gift, if we're willing.

Intuition rarely raises its voice. It doesn't need to win an argument with us; it simply tells us what's true, and if we don't listen, it speaks again, a little more clearly.
- - -
Panic sounds different. It's fast, loud, and utterly convinced that we are already behind.
- - -
Underneath that noise, something quieter in us already knows, calmly, without needing to rush or prove itself.
- - -
Whatever your daily pace looks like, sitting quietly and checking in with yourself can be the calmest, clearest way to trust the truth: you are exactly on time.

Where did the Intuitive Practice come from?

It came from listening to the feedback from those who have read my book, Born Intuitive.

They consistently said the same thing.

The book is jam-packed with information, they want to put it into use, so could they get it in small, bite-sized chunks?

Of course, that is exactly the right way to reawaken your intuition.

Daily, consistently, and quietly in your own time.

For those who are curious, I have popped links into my bio for both the book and the practice,

It’s Super Sunday on the Intuitive Practice this weekend and I am chuffed to bits with how much value I have packed it!

What do your senses have to do with intuition. Can’t wait to share it with you, the link is in my bio.
