IT'S OFFICIAL... OUR WELLNESS & RECOVERY ROOM IS OPENING!

And we're launching it with something a little different...

We're so excited to be teaming up with Optimal Health for their very first Biohacking Event, right here at The PT Studio

This evening will also be the official launch of our brand-new Wellness & Recovery Room, so you'll be amongst the first to come in, have a proper look around and see what we've been working on behind the scenes... including our NEW SAUNA

Paul from Optimal Health will be guest speaking, sharing his own story of how and why he got into the health optimisation space, introducing some new products and answering your questions openly and honestly.

We'll be chatting all things biohacking, health optimisation, recovery, longevity, research products, creams, serums & shampoos, plus blood testing, with a nurse available on the evening for anyone wanting bloods taken or to discuss testing.
And you absolutely DO NOT need to be a member to come along!

🗓️Thursday 1st 6:30pm - 8:30pm
📍The PT Studio - Wellness & Recovery Room
💙£5 entry / donation for Teddy for non-members welcome

Come and see the new space, check out the sauna, learn something new, ask ALL the questions and find out a little more about what we're bringing to The PT Studio beyond the gym.

New space. New services. A whole new side of The PT Studio.

Tag your wellness bestie or send this to someone who needs to come with you

Okayyyy… she’s coming together 👀🔥

Our brand new sauna is officially IN and the wellness side of The PT Studio is about to become your new favourite place ✨

Train hard. Recover harder.
Sweat. Reset. Switch off. 🤍

Our Wellness & Recovery area will now be its own separate add-on, with brand new packages and pricing dropping VERY soon.

And trust us… the sauna is only part of it. 👀

For now, enjoy this little sneak peek before we reveal the whole thing…

Your post-workout glow-up just got an upgrade. 🔥✨

Full reveal + packages coming soon.

Who’s getting straight in that sauna?

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER 🚨

Our fundraising event for Together for Teddy is happening TOMORROW! ❤️

From 11:30am tomorrow (Friday 11th September), our treadmills will be in constant use as we take on the challenge over the full 24 hours! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Please be aware that there will also be men present throughout the 24-hour event, so we just wanted to give everyone a little heads-up in advance. 😊

Thank you, as always, for your continued support, patience and understanding. It genuinely means so much to us and to Teddy’s family. ❤️

Love as always,
Your Coaches xoxo
