❤️💫WOULD BE WONDERFUL FOR YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR NEXT RETREAT DAY ❤️💫

✨🌿 A DAY TO REST • RESET • RECONNECT 🌿✨

Imagine stepping away from the noise of everyday life and into the beautiful Old Barn… soft fairy lights, a warm welcome and an entire day created simply for you to slow down, breathe and reconnect.

🤎 We begin with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony, opening the heart and settling into our space together.

🌿 From there, we journey with the beat of the drum on a Shamanic Journey to meet your Spirit Animal — a deeply personal experience of connection, intuition and discovery.

🥁 We’ll then come together for a joyful Drumming Circle, using my collection of hand-painted shamanic drums — each one completely unique and created with love.

After a delicious lunch, the afternoon becomes pure rest…

Played this afternoon at the Kirkstall Abbey Museum. Simply a beautiful venue. The sounds resonate incredibly around the vaulted ceilings and sound even more stunning than normal. I’m playing there again next Friday afternoon 2-4 pm and I do believe there are a few tickets left
