An angry reaction to a tackle.
A heated exchange with an official.
A smashed tennis racquet.
We tend to focus on the behaviour.
But emotions are natural responses and give us information.
Anger is a protective response to a perceived threat, injustice or past experiences.
The behaviour isn't always the whole story. It can point to something deeper from the past.
