It’s Wednesday which means if must be midweek sauna time!!!!

We have reached peak sauna weather and you know you will feel the benefits of a sauna and ice plunge.

Here in Meersbrook I’m running sauna sessions from my driveway which may sound a bit off but Iv made it very beautiful and it works.

Sessions run from 6-9pm

1 hr long £15.00 plus a free slice of quiche!

To book please visit our website- www.wild-saunas.co.uk

Or alternatively message me and il book you on.

Bring your swimmer, a towel and water and leave everything else to us.

Warning, I’m going to mention the ‘C’ word …. Christmas 🫣

I’m thinking of hosting a wreath making and sauna session and wondered what if that was something people might enjoy or is it too weird.

I’d say wreath making first, followed by a wood fired sauna and ice plunge finished with some sweet treats.
