Supporting your horse to release tension, restore balance and feel more comfortable in their body.

Capturing a small part of the most wonderful few days treating.

The most beautiful space, surrounded by the most beautiful women, at the Earth & Ease Yoga Retreat at Iscoyd.

I had the absolute pleasure of being part of Nic’s beautiful yoga and wellness retreat over the past 3 days, holding space for the guests through Energy Alignment & Reiki 1:1 healing sessions.

It was truly wonderful to be part of such an inspiring and nurturing event, creating space for rest, connection, healing and coming back to yourself.

Thank you Susie & Nic for inviting me to be part of something so special.

My heart is full.

TRACY’S MOON NOTES 🌙

I’m so excited to introduce a new monthly space here on my page — Tracy’s Moon Notes.

Each month, I’ll be sharing a little about the Moon’s energy, her cycles, her purpose and the themes she may be inviting us to explore — from what we are being asked to release, realign and manifest, to simply creating space to pause and listen within.

Working with the Moon is something I have always felt deeply connected to.
Even as a young girl, I remember sitting in the back of the car, looking up at the Moon and feeling drawn to her energy. 🌙✨

Now, through my own healing journey and energy work, I’ve come to understand just how powerful it can be to work with these natural cycles and use them as a beautiful opportunity to come back to ourselves.

And if something in the monthly Moon Notes resonates with you, you can also book a 1:1 Moon Energy Healing Session with me.

A space to slow down, tune in and explore what you may be ready to release, where you are being called to realign, and what you want to create or manifest next.

✨ 60 minutes — £60
✨ 90 minutes — £80

Whether you feel deeply connected to the Moon or you’re simply curious about what she might be asking of you, you are welcome here. In person or remotely.

Look up. Listen in. Trust what you feel. 🌙
