🌱Managing Anxiety Wellbeing Day 🌱

We are delighted to be able to offer our next Community Wellbeing Day on Monday 5th October at Belton House.

If you, or someone you know would benefit from a day focusing on ways to improve and manage your anxiety in a safe and supportive space, please contact Jess at [email protected] to book a place.

Places are free but very limited so we do ask that people commit to attending on the day 🙏
