It was a challenging weekend at our little outdoor sauna in Stockport. The wind was insane and we suffered in the extreme elements.

We are battered and bruised but will be ready for Tuesdays sauna session at 7pm.

This week is the last chance to join before we take down for maintenance over bonfire night (and maybe a little holiday break 🤞). And then back up with our winter pop up.

Looking forward to bringing some light and warmth to those winter evenings, for anyone that wants to get outside whatever the weather (unless it’s a 55mph wind storm!)

We’re hiding in the dark at our secret outdoor Stockport sauna.

Shorter days are perfect for contrast - sauna, cold plunge, firepit.

And we’re loving our early daybreak and evening fireside sessions.

But we’re keeping it quiet. Being out in the cold and weather is not for everyone. And we only have a few spaces to go around.

We’ve decided to change the format slightly of Sundays Sunset DJ sauna + cold plunge session.

We’ve increased the spaces to allow us to reduce the price to £20.

For that price you will get:
An hour supervised contrast therapy (either at 4pm or 5pm)
A 2-hour house DJ set
Goodie bag from Faith in Nature
Herbal teas
Cacao
Sunset views (hopefully it looks sunny!)

Firepit

Saturday 9am Autumn Reset - Yoga, breathwork + Sauma woth Therapeutic Yoga Teacher
Saturday 7pm Fiteside Sauma + cold plunge
Sunday 5 pm Sauna + Cold Plunge

It’s getting chilly, sometimes wet but the sunsets are fantastic and the saunas are hot. And we still have ambient temps in the social plunge
