I’ve been keeping a close eye on the weather over the last couple of days, and with this storm rolling in, it’s definitely one to sit out. We love a bit of cold water therapy, but we’re not battling a storm for it! 🤣🙅‍♀️

Our fabulous new dippers absolutely SMASHED it this weekend!! 🙌😍 Give these ladies some love!! 💙💙

And do you know what, ladies… as I said to our regulars, NONE of us were really feeling it this weekend 😂🤣 but we got in anyway!!

I have NEVER EVER regretted a cold water dip in all the years I've been doing it, and that's what it's all about! 💙 The laughs, the feeling afterwards and having a lovely bunch of ladies around you! 🫶

So a HUGE well done to our newbies, you should be so proud of yourselves!! 🥰💙

🌅 UP BEFORE THE SUN… WHO’S MAD ENOUGH TO JOIN US?! 😂💙

Our first sunrise dip as a group is happening this Saturday! 🙌🏼

📍 Underbank – 6:30am

We’ll stick with our OG spot this week whilst we get used to those early mornings! 😂

Bring a flask ☕, warm clothes to change straight into and a camping chair if you fancy it.i wpuld suggest after the dip if its cold to get straight off to warm up, but I’ll try to get there a little earlier as i love watching the sunrise.

So excited 😊

📌 Meeting point: The little layby carpark (opposite the wooden gate).

If you’re coming down from Bolsterstone, follow the road, go over the bridge and take the next left. Comtinue on this road and the layby is on your right, with the gate directly opposite. We’ll meet in the layby at 9am.

Come for the dip, stay for the laughs, chats and that amazing feeling afterwards! 🥶🩵
