There is a comprehensive universal 0 to 19 service offer delivered through health visiting and school nursing. This offer is flexible, dedicated and responsive to the individual needs of children and young people with SEND in Kingston. These avenues make a significant difference in earlier identification and support. As a result, identification is notably a strength in the early years of children’s development.
