Body Matters.care I am Catherine. I have a Bsc in Sport Injury & Treatment, helping people in pain and muscular discomfort. Qualified Sports Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist.

I am also qualified in Sports Massage hot stone, pregnancy, and Indian head massage, helping people in pain and muscular discomfort. Using a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise, to examine, treat, and guide you back to full, active, or occupational health. Sports Therapy isn’t exclusive to athletes or injuries caused by exercise. It can be used with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
