"Wherever I am in the world, whatever the climate or itinerary, I have a few things that come with me everywhere I go. Let's start off with my most solid collection of Heath products: the hand salve and eye serum for on the go hydration and protection, plus the moisturiser and repair serum for the morning and evening routines, getting me into that zen state, no matter where I am. 🤝🏽 Next we have my sketchbook, notebook and fine-tuned collection of pens, pencils, scalpel and dentist tool.. (for any on the move plasticine sculpting or root canals). Then we have the Olympus FE-280, a strange choice but I love the results you can get out of it when it comes to capturing a moment. 📷 Furthermore, a cap, come rain or shine, some obnoxious sunglasses, a watch (usually either my Braindead x Timex or Garmin Instinct depending on what I'm up to) and finally basically any pair of Clarks Originals because I simply cannot get enough of them. And that about sums it up!" 🫡

Summer skincare 101: your essential guide to a healthy and confident summer glow! 😎✨
💧Stay Hydrated: Yes lads - it’s really key. Drinking plenty of water is essential for maintaining healthy and refreshed skin - especially during the summer months when dehydration is more common. (PS. the ice in your G&T doesn’t count)
🪒 Soothe After Shaving: We know you rock that clean cut - but shaving can be a skin irritant, particularly in the warmer months. That's why a soothing post-shave repair balm is your ultimate sidekick to prevent irritation and razor burn.
Ⓜ️ Moisturise: Even in the heat, it's important to moisturise to maintain your skin's barrier function. Want to avoid a greasy feeling? Opt for a lightweight, oil-control moisturiser.
🔆 Be cautious with sun exposure: Overexposure to the sun can lead to sunburn, sun damage and an increased risk of skin cancer. All the things we don’t want! So please try to avoid the sun, or if you do venture out, remember to always use a SPF 50 and soothe your skin afterwards with a hydrating moisturiser (case in point our previous tip).
🧼 Exfoliate: We’ve said it and we will say it again - regular exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells and allows for better absorption of products to achieve “that” glow, However, choose gentle exfoliation products (we might have a few), as excessive exfoliation can lead to irritation.
🧬 Use antioxidants: Incorporate products with antioxidants such as Pollustop® to combat free radicals caused by sun exposure and pollution. Anti-ageing potion, anyone?
💆🏾♂️ Cleanse Gently: It’s important to use a gentle facial cleanser to remove sweat, dirt, beach sand and excess oil from your skin. However, over-cleansing can strip your skin of natural oils, so find a balance that works for your skin type.
🚿Avoid Hot Water: Hot showers can also strip your skin of its natural oils. Protect your skin and use lukewarm water when washing your face or showering. Plus, cold showers have great health benefits too!
