✈️ ☀️ Miami in May

I feel so blessed and grateful that Veda Austin invited me to join her in Miami. She was there as part of her US book tour for her best-selling book ‘The Living Language of Water’ (if you don’t have a copy look here https://www.vedaaustin.com/vedas-book for where to purchase depending on which country you are based).

Veda was speaking and book signing in Miami, but also filming for her exciting upcoming documentary. I felt absolutely honoured to meet such beautiful souls, and to witness some of the interviews and profound conversations that took place. And be reminded that Water is conscious and has memory, is an intelligent designer, an information highway, a voice for the voiceless and our greatest teacher 💦

Veda is the most inspiring, loving, and heart-led soul you could wish to meet. She dedicates her life to her relationship with water and her work is changing lives and raising human consciousness.

I am absolutely honoured to work with Veda and to support in any way I can to help share her important message with the world.

Work on your connection with nature. Intentionally take time to be in it as often as possible. Feel the wind and the silent wisdom. Nature will get you back into your body and out of your head quicker than anything else. It’s the ultimate co-regulator for your nervous system. Your ancestors knew it was therapy. Studies prove its benefits— but you don’t need them. Just pay attention to how you feel afterwards. Let the sun, the trees, and the earth remind you who you actually are

🌲 I belong in the woods! Feel so at home there. The air feels different. Soaking up the sights and sounds. Such a sensory experience for me.

Today was about noticing. Really paying attention to what was around me. The new life blooming. So many birds singing. The trees sharing their wisdom.

This beautiful woodland is right out the back of our house. We will be moving soon and I am reminded how grateful I am to have access to it on my doorstep.

Nature is a healer and teacher ♥️
