So grateful for another lovely heartwarming review from the parent of this young person. They came to me struggling with their worries and overthinking.

While working together, she started to recognise she could challenge and manage her thoughts and soon took back control, with the adde help of the worry monster and worry time with the family.

Sorry folks, the Centre will be closed tomorrow (15th March 2024) for some essential building works to be carried out.

Reception will continue to be available by telephone on 01623 723 328 and we'll be back open as normal on Monday.
