Reiki is so much more than simply moving energy or aligning chakras.

It is a safe space to pause, breathe and be truly heard.

Sometimes a session is about relaxation, sometimes it is about release, and sometimes it is about having the space to open up about the things you have been carrying for far too long.

Reiki can offer guidance, comfort, emotional support and a chance to reconnect with yourself. It is a moment to step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on what you need mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

There is no pressure, no judgement and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

The Harvest Moon rises on 26th September, bringing with it a beautiful reminder to pause and take stock.

A time to honour what has grown.
The lessons we’ve gathered.
The things we’ve nurtured.
And the parts of ourselves that have quietly blossomed along the way.

The harvest reminds us that not everything we planted was meant to bloom in the way we expected.

And that’s okay.

Tonight, give thanks for what has been.
Celebrate how far you’ve come.
Release what no longer needs to be carried.
And make space for the season ahead.
