🌟 Celebrating an Inspirational Woman this 🌟

Today, I am overflowing with admiration and pride as I shine the spotlight on an incredible woman who is close to my heart. While there are many amazing women who inspire me daily, I want to dedicate this post to my stepdaughter, Georgina Harris ❤️

At just 32, Georgina possesses wisdom beyond her years. She’s the epitome of selflessness, and her spirit and dedication are nothing short of awe-inspiring. At 22, she took a leap of faith that led her to Tanzania, Africa, where she founded a transformative charity . Her unwavering vision has provided life-changing health education to thousands of women, babies, and toddlers, helping them not just survive, but flourish.

Georgina’s mission is simple yet profound: to keep children with their families and prevent the heartbreak of children ending up in orphanages. Child protection is at the forefront of her efforts, and she has taken a strong stance to help infants thrive with her milk project – a beacon of hope in a place where 68% of mothers tragically do not survive childbirth.

As I reflect on her journey, I am reminded of the sheer impact one person can have on the world. Georgina is not only a visionary leader; she is a beautiful soul, a devoted mother, an incredibly supportive friend, a cherished stepdaughter, and the most loving sibling.

On this special day, I want to shout out loud: Happy International Women’s Day, Georgina! 🎉 You are more than deserving of all the success in the world, and I wish you an abundance of love, health, and happiness.

I just wanted to remind all of you how powerful your mindset can be in shaping your day. Life can throw curveballs at us, but it’s up to us to choose how we react to them. Instead of letting external factors bring us down, let’s make a conscious decision to be happy and positive.

Remember, happiness is a choice we make every day. So today, let’s choose to find joy in the little things - a warm cup of coffee, a smile from a stranger, or even a funny meme that makes us laugh uncontrollably. Let’s surround ourselves with positivity and spread good vibes to everyone around us.

Hey, my Insta fam! 👋 Today I wanted to share something that I’ve come to realise about the impact of fitness on children. As a parent, staying fit and making exercise a part of my routine has had a positive influence on my child in ways that I hadn’t fully appreciated before.

One unrecognised benefit of being fit as a parent is that your kids will see fitness as something that’s normal. They’ll see you making time for workouts, prioritizing your health, and reaping the benefits of being active. And you know what? They’ll imitate your actions! Kids are like little sponges, soaking up everything they see around them. So, when they see you valuing fitness, they’ll naturally want to imitate that behavior.

I’ve noticed that my son is more likely to want to exercise with me when he sees me enjoying it and making it a regular part of my life. Whether it’s going for a family walk, playing a game of Padel tennis or doing a fun workout together, he will be eager to join in because he sees it as a normal, enjoyable activity.

What’s even more impactful is that your children will follow your lead not just in the moment, but as they grow up. By showing them the importance of staying active and embracing a healthy lifestyle, you’re setting them up for a lifetime of good habits. It’s an incredible feeling to know that I’m influencing my kids in such a positive way, simply by embracing fitness and making it a part of our family life.

So, here’s a gentle reminder to all the parents out there - your actions speak louder than words. By prioritizing your own fitness journey, you’re not just benefiting yourself, but you’re shaping the mindset and habits of your children too. Cheers to leading by example and raising a generation that embraces health and wellness! 🙌

From running the these past weeks, I have realised how much we have complicated our lives and confused our understanding of leading a healthy life style so here it is ladies :

Here's a friendly reminder: when it comes to losing body fat, your nutrition and daily steps play a key role, even more than exercise itself. 🥦🚶‍♀️ So, focus on adjusting your eating habits and increasing your daily activity levels to see those fat loss results!

Now, let's talk about cardio. It's fantastic for your heart health, and if you genuinely enjoy it, keep going! Cardio also helps with muscular endurance and training for specific goals. But if you're solely looking to shed fat, remember that your nutrition and daily steps are the real game-changers. 🏃‍♀️💪

On the other hand, lifting heavy weights is where the magic happens! 🏋️‍♀️ Not only does it shape your body, but it also makes you stronger and improves your overall functional movement. So, don't shy away from those weights, embrace them and watch yourself transform! 💥
