Do you feel the need to just stop and pause for a moment ?
Then why not come along and give yourself that ME time you’ve been craving .
Slow down and take time out just to BE.
Away from the noise of every day life, come into a place of peace calm and tranquility your body and mind will thank you for it ..

Such a beautiful evening tonight with such lovely ladies .. a true blessing for what I do.
I am forever grateful to do this work .

Being able to share the healing power of sound, meditation with others is such a blessing. Seeing everyone relax, rest, and give themselves permission to pause reminds me why I do what I do.

Every sound bath is a beautiful reminder that my purpose is to serve, to hold space for healing, and to help others reconnect with peace, love, and themselves. 🙏💖

Thank you to everyone who trusted me to guide you through this journey. Your presence, openness, and willingness to receive make these moments truly special 🙏

Autumn days are upon us and I have come out into the garden and lit the fire to give thanks to this earth and the ancestors who have been before, for allowing me the opportunity to welcome others here where they can find their own little piece of calm .
If you would like to find a little peace and calm and begin to feel restored and rebalanced please message me here or go to my website
