I've felt it's energy and it's given me comfort when thinking of my nana this week knowing the beauty of something so far away the same feeling of her beautiful soul is so far away but doesn't mean she's not there. 💜

Why the hat???

Well today after doing my books I headed over to Warrington to a lovely lady who I met in morroco she does amazing Indian head massage Reiki and a natural facelift massage 💜

So my hair is full of oil 😂😂 but I was so relaxed I fell asleep!!

We did a guided meditation followed by journaling then we made our healing bouquet 💐

🌸 Pink flower – Self-love
💛 Yellow – Joy
💚 Green – Healing & growth
💙 Blue – Peace
💜 Purple – Intuition
🧡 Orange – Confidence
❤️ Red – Love & courage
🤍 White – Letting go

After this the ladies received mini Indian head with the amazing tropic hot oil 🩷 and mini hand massages by Vicki McCarthy

The laughs we have in these sessions are perfect after a hard week of working and home 🏠
