🙌🏾 A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO Rachel Stackhouse AND HER AMAZING TEAM! 🙌🏾

A massive thank you to Rach and her team for travelling all the way from Burntwood to support our event! 💚 It means so much to have your support and to see communities coming together.

Rach and Sara have been campaigning for the past 3 YEARS to get a pump track built in Burntwood. Their dedication and determination are truly inspiring! 👏🏾🔥

Make sure you check out their page: “Let’s get a Pump Track built in Burntwood !!” and show them some love! ❤️

Wolverhampton, let’s take a moment to appreciate how lucky we are to have Hilton Pump Track. Burntwood are still fighting to get their own, and we’re proud to stand alongside those working hard to make it happen.

It’s an absolute pleasure to support Rach, Sara and their campaign. In fact, our event name, “LET’S GET PUMPED UP”, was inspired by you guys! 💥

And let’s just say… WE DEFINITELY GOT PUMPED UP ON THE DAY! 🥵😂

🎥 FOOTAGE TO FOLLOW… 👀🔥

"It was never about me, but always about us!"

Looking at these two signs from Hilton BMX Track —one from when it first opened in 2014, and the other from last month—one question keeps coming back to me:

What are we doing for our local youth? 🤔💭

Over four years of supporting two local bike clubs, I kept asking myself that very question.

The lack of clear answers is exactly why I launched "We RIDE on bicycles" last April.

I wanted a real, hands-on way to support the next generation and engage with them through the power of cycling.

Looking ahead, it would be amazing to see a fresh new sign at the track over time—maybe an enlarged, vibrant graffiti-style artwork created for and by the community.

Who do you think we should reach out to to help make a custom sign like that happen?

(Local artists, council members, youth groups—drop your suggestions below! 👇🏾)

Let’s keep building, riding, and showing up for our youth.

🔥 LET’S GET PUMPED UP 3.0 🔥

Whilst I was out planning the pre–Let’s Get Pumped Up route, I thought I’d have a little play around the pump track…

Just wanted to see if these old bones could still remember what they’re supposed to do, lol!

Turns out there’s still a tiny bit of juice left in the tank! 💪🏾🤣

I’ve put down a cheeky 40 seconds ⏱️

So, there you have it… the benchmark has been set.

Who thinks they can beat me? 👀👀

I’ll be waiting for the excuses…

“Wrong tyre pressure.”
“Track was too slippery.”
“Hadn’t warmed up.”
“Someone distracted me.” 😼😹

Make sure you slap a helmet on and buckle up, its gonna be a bumpy ride! 🤣💥

Come on then… step up and have a go! 🚴🏾🔥🏆
