Every girl you see in these photos started somewhere. Some came feeling nervous, some didn’t know a single person, and some were just looking for something new.

And that’s what Soul Sista is all about. Creating a space where you can turn up on your own, feel welcomed, make new connections and leave with memories (and hopefully a few new besties 🥹).

You don’t need to wait for your friends to be free, you don’t need to convince anyone to come with you, and you definitely don’t need to feel like you’re the only one.

We’re heading to a pumpkin patch in Lichfield for a proper autumn girls’ day — and YES, we can carve our pumpkins too! 🎃🔪

✨ Pick your perfect pumpkin from 100+ varieties
🚜 Tractor ride to the pumpkin field (weather permitting)
🔪 Pumpkin carving shed with tables & tools
📸 Cute Halloween photo opportunities

I wouldn’t have met these gorgeous girls if it wasn’t for Soul Sista, and honestly, that makes me so bloody grateful.

What started as me wanting to create a space for women to meet new people has given me friendships and memories I never expected.

I’m honestly the WORST for putting myself down and underplaying the things I’ve achieved.

I’m always thinking about what I could’ve done better, what I haven’t done yet or whether I’m doing enough… instead of stopping and actually looking at how far I’ve come. 🥹

Starting Soul Sista has pushed me so far outside my comfort zone, but along the way I’ve met so many incredible girls.

Girls who came alone.
Girls who were nervous.
Girls who opened up.
Girls who shared their stories.

Because we’re ALL going through our own life experiences, and sometimes a problem shared really is a problem half solved. 🤍

So if you’re feeling alone, lost, behind or like everyone else has it figured out…

They don’t.

Give yourself some credit. You’re doing better than you think.

And please remember — you’re never truly alone. 🫶
