Well… we did say bespoke. ✨💗

Our NippAll prosthetics now arrive in their own rather fabulous pink boxes, but one lovely patient had a slightly different request.

She was heading to a fancy dress party and asked Kelly if hers could be made extra sparkly.

Naturally, Kelly’s answer was yes. Obviously. 😂✨

So alongside creating beautifully realistic prosthetics for everyday wear, apparently we can now add party-ready sparkle to the list too.

Subtle? Not particularly.

Sometimes the finishing touch can mean everything. 🤍

These are not simply prosthetics. I create each ni**le to look and feel as naturally individual as the person it belongs to, with the tiny details, tones and texture that make it theirs.

For people following a mastectomy, surgery, trauma or other changes to the breast, a realistic prosthetic ni**le can offer a non-surgical option when reconstruction or tattooing isn’t wanted, suitable or simply isn’t the right choice for them.

These are prosthetic ni**les.

Designed to look so incredibly realistic that, at first glance, you simply see you.

My first NippALL client. My first bespoke prosthetic. 💗

And look at the result.

I took the mould directly from my client and carefully matched her individual skin tones and colouring to create a prosthetic that is incredibly lifelike, personal and made specifically for her.

This isn’t simply about creating a ni**le prosthetic. It’s about recreating the tiny details, tones and dimensions that make it feel like hers.

Seeing my first bespoke NippALL prosthetic come to life like this is a pretty special moment.

When Kelly Smith-Forshaw says she’s testing our ni**le prosthetics, she REALLY means testing them. 😂⚔️💦

Forget a gentle shower and a careful week at home. Kelly decided the only sensible way to test the adhesive was to stick a prosthetic ni**le to her chest, dress as a Viking and throw herself into a water race in extreme heat.

Because… well, Kelly. 😂

The challenge? To put the adhesive through its paces and see whether our prosthetic ni**les really can remain securely in place for up to a week, through everyday life and quite a bit more besides.

Heat ☀️
Water 💦
Sweat 💪
Viking warfare ⚔️
One very determined ni**le. 😂

For something designed to help restore confidence after breast surgery, the details matter enormously. That’s why Kelly tests, develops and pushes things far beyond what most people would consider a normal day at the office.

If it can survive Kelly, everyday life should be a doddle. 💗

✨ I thought this was such a fun way to show a little behind the scenes of how I create my hyper-realistic ni**le and ar**la prosthetics.

Most people don’t even realise these exist, yet they can make such a huge difference to someone’s confidence.

Each prosthetic can be:
🤍 Individually colour matched
🤍 Made from a mould of your own ni**le (where possible) or from my range of bespoke shapes and sizes
🤍 Applied using a medical-grade adhesive
🤍 can gym, sunbathe and even swim without the fear of them falling off
🤍 Removed, cleaned and reapplied again and again

Although they’re most commonly used after a mastectomy or breast reconstruction, they can also help people with:
• Congenital absence or underdeveloped ni**les
• Inverted ni**les
• Trauma or burn injuries
• Correcting asymmetry
• Gender-affirming care
• Cosmetic confidence for those wanting a more natural appearance without surgery

Before surgery, if a patient is having a planned mastectomy, Kelly can carefully colour-match their natural ni**le using her extensive medical pigment collection and take detailed clinical photographs. These become an invaluable reference, allowing her to recreate an incredibly realistic prosthetic afterwards. If the patient later chooses a 3D ar**la tattoo, those same photographs and colour records help achieve the most natural result possible.
