I am a facilitator, creator, and healer devoted to helping people return to their bodies, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and experience healing through sound frequencies, conscious breath, somatic movement, and embodied presence. My work blends ancient practices with modern somatic understanding, offering experiences that help release stagnant energies, open new channels, reset the nervous system, and bring clarity back into the mind and spirit. Through sound healing, breathwork, ecstatic dance, and somatic movement, I create immersive journeys designed to support emotional release, energetic balance, deep nervous-system regulation, and creative awakening. Each experience is crafted to invite you inward—toward a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and renewed connection with your intuitive self. My intention is simple:
to help people find center, balance, and inner alignment—so they can step back into their lives more clear, inspired, and connected to their purpose.

‍A central pillar of my work is community. I’m committed to building a space where individuals can explore themselves safely and authentically; a home away from home for those on a path of healing, self-discovery, and collective evolution. I collaborate with facilitators, artists, and practitioners who share the mission of bringing light into communities. I host both English-speaking and bilingual events (when collaborating with Hungarian-speakers) to bridge cultures and unite people through shared experience. Beyond my own offerings, I partner with festivals, retreats, summits, studios, and wellness organizations—co-creating transformative spaces where breath, rhythm, sound, art, movement, and intention weave together to elevate the collective field.

‍My mission is to support others in returning to their essence and remembering their purpose—
to awaken the body, soften the mind, open the heart, and guide each soul toward the path they were always meant to walk. Abby Blue events will naturally expand into retreats, festivals, summits, and multi-facilitator collaborations — contributing to a larger field of community energy and helping individuals step into their purpose, awaken their creativity, and feel supported in their journey.

It’s finally happening. 🤍

For a long time, Polarity existed as a vision I kept returning to... one that continued becoming clearer, larger, and more impossible to ignore.

Now, I’m working to bring it to life in Budapest: a new contrast therapy and nervous-system wellness space with private sauna and cold-plunge suites, holistic practitioners, guided recovery tools, and a dedicated space for breathwork, sound healing, movement, workshops, and community.

In this video, I’m speaking directly to everyone who has supported my work through Abby Blue and sharing what Polarity is, why I’m building it, and how you can help before the Indiegogo campaign launches on October 1.

To everyone who has joined me for breathwork, sound journeys, somatic workshops, ecstatic dance, or any of the other spaces we’ve shared in Budapest...

This next chapter is deeply connected to the work we’ve already been building together.

I’m creating Polarity Studio, a new contrast-therapy and nervous-system recovery space centered on private sauna and cold-plunge experiences, guided protocols, complementary practices, and community.

My experiences facilitating this work, and hearing how many of you are navigating stress, overstimulation, burnout, and nervous-system exhaustion, have shown me how needed a dedicated recovery space like this is in Budapest.

The Indiegogo campaign officially opens for pledges on October 1, with experience-based rewards including introductory sessions, couples packages, multi-visit bundles, nervous-system reset programs, and founding memberships.

A spontaneous few days away from Budapest.

Mountains, castles, caves, old towns, an ancient Sphinx, and a small festival in the Romanian countryside. We’re putting together a curated group trip to Transylvania July 10–13 and opening a few spots for anyone who enjoys exploration, nature, and unusual places.

May 8: Total system reset with guided rounds of super-ventilation breathwork (intentional over-breathing), breath retentions, and live soundscapes.

We gradually expand the lungs, gently activate the system, then carry you into a deep, restorative parasympathetic state for integration.

These breathwork sessions prioritize the nervous system through structured arcs and a gradual building of intensity.

This form of breathwork meets you where you are at. When you surrender to the process, you have the ability to locate where tension and emotion is stored in the body, where you may have energetic blocks, and are allowed the space to release safely and gently.

Importantly, you are always in control of your own pace. If something feels too intense, you have the freedom to slow down and follow what feels right for you.

We always provide blankets, eye masks, herbal tea, and soothing music to support the comfort of the nervous system, which allows the body to feel safe enough to drop into the experience.

Our sound journey integrations follow the language of the nervous system... a predictable rhythm to soothe you into a deep, restorative state.

The breathwork portion is powerful.
It may bring physical sensations, emotional release, or expanded states of awareness.

Due to the holiday season, The Exhale Breath Workshop will now take place on April 10.

🫁 An intimate workshop which provides various somatic tools to bring you back to center, release tension, and regulate the nervous system at any point of your day.

🌬️ Guided somatic movement, slow breathing techniques, layered sound journey, and journal prompts to guide your integration of the evening.

🧘‍♀️ A space to allow your body's signals to be heard, a structure that builds awareness of those signals, and an opportunity to process what your body shows you.
