There's nothing like awful weather for my amazing brother Neil to show his bravery!! He just suits up, and off he goes for a 6km walk in the rain & wind!! As that saying goes - "Cometh the hour, Cometh the man!!"

OMG!! This came up on my feed today - the ending of my very first public speech in front of the Minister for Justice Helen McEntee & 150 people, when I was just an 11-year old little sq**rt studying for the Junior Cycle maths exam in 2022!!

It's amazing to see the raw happiness I had even back then, making people laugh and smile!! It's something I'm going to keep doing for eternity.

But it's such a privilege to now be Ireland's youngest motivational speaker, and be that positive person that people know will never let them down. 😊

YESSSS!!!!! Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition Finals, here I come!!!

I've just found out that my project has made it through to January's Finals in Dublin's RDS so I'm thrilled beyond thrilled!!

My project, while a closely guarded secret, has the potential to change young people's lives in Ireland forever, so I'll be putting 100% into it now!!

And while our politicians loved my project last year, trust me when I say that they'll all be flocking around this year's one!!

Commiserations to anyone who didn't get through - make sure to put yourself on the reserve list next month, which is how I got through last year. And a huge congrats to anyone who made the Finals - can't wait to see you all in January!!!

I'm live from the Four Courts in Dublin to announce another amazing TY work placement!!

I'm thrilled to say that I'm going to be working for Ireland's top Disability and Assessments of Needs law firm!! Meet Niamh Maher, managing partner of the incredble Healy Law LLP - Dublin. In my opinion, she's Ireland's number 1 expert on AON & Disability so this placement starting in late Novemeber is going to be an incredible fit. It's time to tackle the AON crisis from another angle!!

Niamh and I have huge ambitious plans coming, so watch this space bigtime!! 😊

Thank you so much to everyone who gave their opinions a few days ago as to whether I should continue advocating for Disability, or to take a step back from it all. The results are dramatic - 99% say to keep going. And everyone wants me to keep a good life balance with friends, sport, etc, which I know I can do.

So I've spent the last few days laying brand new ideas in front of my parents to seek their support. After I secured €20million to "Cara's Fund" in the recent Budget, I think Dad was hoping for a little break, but now I'll need his tactical ability once again.

My ideas are huge, so let's see if I can get some traction over the next few weeks!! After all, God loves a trier!! 😊

I'd love to get people's feedback here - I met a beautiful lady today in Clonmel who said to me that I was an amazing person, and that I should now step back and retire after getting another €20million to "Cara's Fund" in last Tuesday's Budget for Assessments of Needs waiting lists.

So what do you think - should I retire from advocacy, or do I push the accelerator in a way never seen before in the history of our Country!!!!????

I can't wait to hear what you think!!! 😊

This is hilarious!! My amazing little brother John normally picks up Mum's wallet when he's asking for a treat - but today he picked up the €20million cheque from last Tuesday's Budget!!!

Absolutely thrilled to finish 4th in my first ever cross-country race at the Tipperary Athletics U17 4000m race!! Just outside the medals, but huge congrats to the girls in front of me, and everyone who competed in every race!! And our amazing club at Clonmel AC did brilliantly overall!! Now I definitely deserve a treat on the way home!! 💙💛
