I feel incredibly lucky to be able to experience Soul Yoga from a members perspective. To be able to attend baby massage classes that my mum is teaching, with my little man 💙. To be on this side of the class immersed in the community we have built. Feeling the support of other mums around me. Triple mum powers!! I feel it all.
It takes a village! They werent lying. I am so grateful to have a space to gather with the village. I need it now more than ever!
Baby massage is lovely for younger babies when you cant attend other movement classses yet. From a few days old right up to movers. Its heart melting to be honest. The best way to get out of the house and be accountable on a Monday morn.

I cant believe we are here!

Soul Yoga & Pilates is 3!!

To say this is an achievement is an understatement. The last 3 years have been filled with major lessons, lots of fails, lots of wins, days of success, hours of learning, fun, tears & smiles.

From very early mornings to late nights, working around the clock 24 / 7 to make this work. So many times Ive thought about selling, just closing the doors, wondering is it all worth it while growing 2 babies, new born phases and holding down a job aswell!!

Then I come in the doors and meet the community of Soul we have gathered. It diminishes the self doubt and the graft behind the scenes. What we have built in person, real human connection. Movement that makes you feel good. A space that makes you feel warm and welcome.

It makes every second worth it. To see the growth year on year. To see our incredible teachers multiply, ye are a testament to what Soul offers and delivers day in day out. Thank you for being you!

To our members I am forever grateful for your support through all stages of your lives. I still do a little dance when I see someone sign up.

This is a small business that is dependant on its community to stay alive. Thank you fir being a part of this. Thank from the bottom of my heart for supporting my dream. 🩷

This definitely beats lying in a bed in CUMH. 🤪💙 I am so grateful for the incredible staff and the work they do day in day out that gets over looked. Ye do not get paid enough!! Grateful to have my health and baby all good! But Im not gonna lie Im so glad to feel the freedom of summer and see the back of the place until our baby arrives.
Just a quick thank you to our teachers, Caoimhe & Silvana for holding the fort in the studio. To my students for being so patient with cancelled classes. All the support from our families for minding my little man.
Health is wealth and I am now on a full halt! Enjoying some summer while we have it. I will slowly start to reply to everyone and return to the laptop from next week. 💫 If I havent responded I am not ignoring you I was just minding me and now I am just cuddling my little Paudie & of course Tim 🤣😘.
