So, I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately… 😝

Summer always seems to be such a busy time for people, we can find ourselves constantly on the go - long evenings, sunshine, weekends away, catching up with family/friends and making the most of every minute.

As we start to move towards autumn, there’s something so lovely about slowing the pace, taking a deep breath, and reconnecting with ourselves again. 🍂🤎

I’m very excited to start hosting cacao circles, sharing the beautiful benefits of ceremonial cacao with you all and bringing cacao and reflexology together in the future.

Thank you for being here and for your continued support. It truly means so much. I look forward to this next chapter and all that’s to come. 🫶🏻
