True strength isin't about power over others. It's about the divine light we carry within.

Moving through a recent experience with bullying myself, has reminded me how deeply these actions stem from unhealed pain, but also how vital it is to anchor ourselves in our own truth.

We can chose to be a sanctuary by setting peaceful boundaries and refusing to let anyone dim our inner light 🌟

Let's commit to lifting each other up, healing our collective shadows, and remembering our worth is always divine and unshakable.

A quick update from me!

When I said I was retiring recently, I was so moved by all your kind words and lovely messages. Thank you all so much!🥰

Over the last few weeks I realized how much I truly miss doing this healing work and connecting with you. After thinking about it a lot, I have decided NOT TO FULLY RETIRE😀

Instead, I will Keep working at a very limited capacity. Because my time will be much less than before, I will only be able to take on a small number of requests.💫

Effective from 24/06/26, I am closing Bliss Health and Wellness, after 20+ years of helping clients through my healing, Angel card readings, lifecoaching and the many other modalities I have studied and learned through the years.

I am stepping back and retiring from public operations.🥂

Going forward, I will be operating on a private, family only basis.
