💜What others say...
→ “I left feeling lighter, clearer… and slept the best I have all week.”

→ “Such a safe, welcoming space… I didn’t feel alone anymore.”

→ "I'm feeling so relaxed this morning. Last night I had such a gorgeous evening attending Ann-Marie's wellness circle. I didn't know what to expect as it was my 1st time doing something like this. I left feeling like I will be 100% carving out more time for myself to do these things. Ann-Marie is amazing at what she does, so warm & welcoming too. I highly recommend A Moment Of Wellbeing."

There were so many years of learning, life and many chapters before I started A Moment of Wellbeing.

They all led me to creating A Moment Of Wellbeing and it's been incredible to reflect on my journey this week on the milestone of 3 years for this page and all I've created since.

Before it, I was doing it all part time but my heart was always pulling me to create this way of working and share what I've learned along the way.

There have been tears, frustration, confusion and plenty of moments of wondering, "What am I doing?"

But there have also been so many moments of pure happiness.

✨️The one-to-one sessions.
✨️The groups.
✨️The retreats.
✨️The conversations that stay with me.
✨️The people I meet.
✨️The messages from someone telling me they feel different after taking that time for themselves.
✨️The moments when I see someone make a change they once didn't think was possible.
✨️Those are the moments that remind me why I kept building this.

When your work is also something you're deeply passionate about, it doesn't always feel like work in the way it might from the outside.

And perhaps that's one of the biggest things I've learnt.

This isn't just what I do.

It's how I try to live too.

I take my own moments of wellbeing every day.

Those moments change how I meet the life that's in front of me.

And something lovely has started to happen.

I've noticed people around me taking their own moments too.

I think it's a little bit of magic.

Thank you, so much, for being part of this journey with me.

I love manifesting and dreaming about the future.

I also believe some of your dream life is already here, happening and unfolding daily.

Take a moment to look at what's in front of you today. Is there something you once dreamed of?

Let that reality sink in and be proud of yourself for getting here.

Romanticise the everyday simple moments, as we know, they often become the big moments we remember too.

When we take a moment of wellbeing it often opens our eyes to so much more that's already here.

For example, at a recent workplace session I delivered, after the meditation one of the attendees said how vivid and lovely she saw the room in front of her. The room she spends everyday working in. That's a little bit of magic in my eyes ✨️

Keep chasing your dream life, but don't forget to live the one you're currently in. This chapter can have it's own magic too.

Maybe save for when you need a little reminder 💜

A little moment for you.

Today, take a moment to notice what's around you:

Pause.
Take a slow breath in.
Let your breath out slowly.
Look around you and notice three things you can see.
Then ask yourself: What do I need in this moment?

You don't have to fix anything.

Just notice.

Sometimes that is where the shift begins.

💜Upcoming wellbeing circles💜

Not all support is loud.

Not all support is seen.

I've been thinking about all the little ways people support each other, often without even realising the impact they have.

The message before a big day.

The person who says, “I've told my friends about you.”

The friend who books someone a session because they know they'll benefit.

The person who gifts a voucher.

The person who mentions you in a room you'll never know about.

The tag, the share, the like, the comment, the save, the follow.

The person who listens to your ideas, your worries, your good days and your bad days.

The person who books themselves in for a moment of wellbeing.

The person who invites you to speak or hold space at their event.

The person who shares their experience, encourages you, believes in you.

Small things, perhaps.
But they don't always feel small to the person receiving them.

Building a business from scratch is no mean feat, and I've realised there are so many people who have supported me along the way.

You may not even realise how much your kindness has meant to me.

So this is for all of you.

Thank you.

But perhaps it's also a little reminder for you.

Think about the people in your life.

Who have you supported without giving it much thought?

Who might need to hear that you believe in them?

Who could use a message, a recommendation, a little encouragement or simply someone to listen?

You never really know the impact a small act of kindness might have.

And remember, support isn't only something we give.

We are allowed to receive it too.

I've been learning that myself.

I recommend and celebrate other people's offerings all the time.

I still will.

I'm learning that I can do the same for myself.

I can back myself.

Trust myself.

Share what I do.

Believe that I have something worth sharing.

Supporting others doesn't mean making yourself smaller.

There is room for all of us to be supported, to support others and to cheer each other on.

Notice it.

Give it.

Receive it.

And never underestimate the little things.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey, in ways big and small.

You may never know just how much it has meant.

What if taking a moment for yourself doesn't actually take time away from your life?
What if it gives you more of your life?

My wellbeing circles are a chance to step out of the noise for a while, reconnect with yourself and intentionally create some of those moments.
To pause.
To breathe.
To reflect.
To simply be.
And to leave with something you can carry back into your everyday life.
