We’re delighted to welcome Mary-Alice back to deliver her much-loved talk for our postpartum mums 💛

Mary-Alice is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI-accredited Pilates Instructor, and Athletic Rehabilitation Therapist, with a special focus on women’s pelvic health. As a member of the ISCP Chartered Physiotherapists for Pelvic Health and Continence, she brings a wealth of expertise and a genuinely supportive approach to women’s care.

Her work centres on supporting women through pregnancy and beyond, including postnatal checks, recovery after birth, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain, incontinence, bowel health, chronic pelvic pain, and menopause-related changes. Mary-Alice is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and feel confident, informed, and strong at every stage.

After such positive feedback last time, we’re thrilled to have her return to guide mums through postpartum recovery, pelvic floor health, and safely rebuilding strength after birth. A truly informative and empowering session not to be missed.

📅 Date: Tuesday 17th February
🕚 Time: 12:00 - 1.00
