Our Dance is on in the Arcade again this week! 11-1 Sunday Arcade. Dungloe. ~~~ bring water & maybe some layers to wear in case it's a bit chilly, yoga mats or blankets etc if desired🙏

Short meditation followed by letting loose with lots of craíc & moving whatever way you want to, all welcome

Want to dance like nobody's watching? Our community dance event will be in the Crannóg this week. Everyone is welcome to come along and move, however you feel like moving. Stretch out your body, shake off what's weighing you down, and enjoy letting loose to a big mix of music.

⭐️Change of Venue⭐️
This Sunday 20th September Donegal Conscious Dance is at the Arcade, Dungloe Come join us from 11am-1pm for a mix of music for you to move your body to.

There are no steps to learn, no routines to follow and absolutely no need to be a “good dancer”! Just come along, kick off your shoes and move however feels good to you.

Dance, sway, wiggle, stretch, have a laugh or completely lose yourself in the music — anything goes.

A couple of hours to switch off, shake off the week and enjoy moving in good company. 🌿✨
