There’s something different about the sauna after dark. ✨🔥

The glow of the fire, twinkling lights, the darkness of the lake and the quiet that settles over everything.

A space to slow down.
To breathe.
To step away from the noise.
And to simply be still for a while.

Guided sauna meditations are designed to bring another dimension to the sauna experience — using the warmth, steam and natural surroundings to help you turn your attention inward, reflect, release and reconnect.
