What if, instead of allowing fear to hold us back, we became curious about what lies underneath it?
UNDERNEATH was created as a space to explore our fears differently. To understand what they may be showing us, recognise the patterns beneath them, and create space for a new choice.
For this special day, we’re bringing together Human Design and ThetaHealing® — two powerful modalities that offer different perspectives on working with fear.
✨ Through Human Design, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your unique patterns, including the fears that may show up within your design. You’ll also receive your own Personalised Fear Map, created from your Human Design chart.
✨ Through ThetaHealing®, we’ll move from awareness into deeper energy healing work, releasing the fears and limiting beliefs you’ve uncovered, creating space to step into what’s possible when fear no longer defines your choices.
We’ll begin our day with cacao ceremony, move through exploration, reflection and transformation, and close with time to integrate what has shifted.
This day is for the woman who feels there’s more available to her, but senses that something underneath may be asking for her attention first.
Our intention is for you to leave knowing yourself more deeply, trusting yourself more fully, and feeling a greater sense of freedom to choose what comes next. 🤍
