Great class in Newcastle West earlier. At one stage we put the timer on for the chair sit to stand test for the 30 seconds. The only competition is yourself as only you know your age🤣

Just one of the things we do in this future proofing class to get strong. We all want to age well and be fit, flexible and mobile 😀👍

Aerobic steps for sale. Non slip with adjustable risers €20 each.

As the evenings are drawing in and walking may not be a safe option you may be interested in having your own aerobic step at home. Put on some music or a YouTube video and get moving. PM me if you would be interested in taking one or more😀👍

To all my healthy eating gang who offered their condolences, sent heartfelt messages, came to the removal and funeral mass of my wonderful dad I thank you so much. I was blown away by the support and words cannot explain how your support is helping me deal with this terrible loss. You are all in my prayers, thank you❤️

All classes are cancelled as my dad went to his heavenly home last night and I am heartbroken.

Great to get back with the class this evening in the community centre to continue future proofing ourselves. Lots of stiff joints after the summer break and that includes me🤣. Everybody glad to be back moving it, losing it and toning it sprinkled with lots of laughs.

Six week "Get ready for Summer" challenge starting Thursday 16th April to 28th May inclusive 7pm to 8pm. Weekly information session and private weighing. Measuring and BMI week one and week six and daily motivational messages.

If you do what I advise you should easily be down a half stone in the six weeks and motivated to keep it off!!
