✨ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s Women’s Circle – Sacred Cacao Inner Journey. ✨

My heart feels so full after sharing such a beautiful and meaningful space with you all. 🀎

Thank you for showing up with open hearts, for your presence, your openness, and your willingness to share this sacred space together. There was something truly special about the energy we created as we came together, slowed down, connected, and allowed ourselves to simply be.

I’m so grateful to each of you for helping create such a beautiful and sacred circle. Yesterday was truly magical, and I loved every moment of it.

I’m already looking forward to gathering again and continuing this journey together. There may be a few little changes and new elements in our next circle, so keep an eye out for updates!

Until then, take a little piece of yesterday’s magic with you. Be gentle with yourselves, honour whatever came up for you, and allow the experience to settle into your heart.

A new space, a new chapter. 🌿
From this gathering onwards, we’ll be meeting in our new room in Chapel Hill β€” please see the video for a little look at the space we’ll be sharing together.

This circle is for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect with their hearts, and gently explore their own inner journey. You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out. Come exactly as you are, leave the expectations at the door, and simply give yourself permission to unwind.

Together, we’ll explore ceremonial cacao, yin yoga, breathwork, drumming, journaling and angel cards, creating a space for connection, presence and heart healing.

Cacao is especially meaningful to me. Working with this beautiful plant medicine has supported me in walking more deeply along my own path of authenticity and heart connection, and I feel very grateful to be able to share that experience with others.

For our cacao, I work with Cacao SaorΓ³ - Let your Spirit Soar , a company in Ireland that works directly with communities in South America. What matters deeply to me is knowing where the cacao comes from and that the people and communities who grow it are meaningfully supported, rather than being part of mass production.

Most importantly, this is a space I want to create together with you. Your needs, experiences and feedback matter to me. If there is something you’d like to share, explore or simply be held in, you are always welcome to reach out.

The Harvest Moon β€” September 26, 2026

The Harvest Moon rises as a reminder to pause, gather, and give thanks for all that has grown within us. πŸŒΎπŸŒ•

This is the Full Moon closest to the Autumn Equinoxβ€”a beautiful threshold between what has been and what is beginning to unfold. Traditionally, the Harvest Moon offered extra evening light for gathering the harvest. Today, we can embrace that same symbolism by gathering the lessons, experiences, relationships, and wisdom we have cultivated throughout the year.

Astrologically, this Full Moon falls in Aries, bringing themes of selfhood, courage, independence, desire, and action, while the Libra Sun invites us to consider relationship, balance, reciprocity, and connection.

It asks us:

πŸŒ• What are we ready to release?
πŸŒ• Where have we forgotten ourselves while caring for others?

It was so special to share that time and space together, to pause, connect, breathe, and welcome the change of season as one.

The space we share is something I deeply value. I want it to always feel safe, welcoming, respectful, and open to everyone β€” a place where you can simply be yourself and feel held by the community around you.

I want you to know that I’m doing my very best, every time, to create and hold this space with care, intention, and love. I’m grateful for your trust, your presence, and everything each of you brings into our gatherings.

My Story β€” Why I Chose the Cacao Facilitator Course 🀎

There are moments in life when we find ourselves standing on a blank canvas β€” unsure where to begin, but knowing that something within us is asking for change.

My journey has held deep calling, emotional turmoil, endings, beginnings, and moments of feeling completely lost. And through it all, I’ve learned something important:

There is nothing shameful about needing support. There is nothing shameful about starting again. And there is nothing shameful about sharing your story.

This is mine.

Choosing to become a cacao facilitator feels like adding a new, deeply meaningful modality to the life experience I already carry. Before I share it with others, I want to walk this path myself β€” to explore, learn, feel, and experience the medicine of cacao with an open heart.

My hope is that, in time, I can share this beautiful practice with others and support people on their own healing journeys β€” especially those who feel lost, stuck, or simply don’t know where to begin again.

Sometimes healing starts with one small step.

Sometimes it starts with a blank canvas.

And sometimes, it starts with simply being brave enough to say: β€œThis is my story.” 🀎
