I heard this song a couple pf years ago while I was subbing in a school in Westmeath. This is to remind everyone we are not alone in difficult times that we are faced with.

September has a way of making us pause.

Maybe because we’re entering another chapter.
Maybe because we’re quietly looking back at the months that have already passed.

And if we’re being honest, not everything went according to plan.

Some goals took longer.
Some people left.
Some prayers are still waiting for an answer.

But maybe growth isn’t always about getting everything you wanted.

Maybe sometimes it’s simply being able to look back and realize that despite everything, you kept going.

And perhaps that’s worth being proud of too.

Here’s to the things that worked out, the things that didn’t, and the hope that there’s still time for both. 🤍

✨️It was so refreshing being by the sea in Clare for a few days.

Sometimes Self Care can be as simple as

This time last year I offered holistic healing sessions and card readings at a fabulous event in Killucan, Co. Westmeath, this was all donation based for the ROC Repay-In-Kind initiative. It was such great day meeting so many lovely people.
