A beautiful morning of self-love, connection & just being

Today we created a beautiful little space to slow down, breathe, reconnect and give ourselves some much-needed love.

We picked Angel Cards, opened our Heart Chakras, practised gratitude, journaled our thoughts and travelled on a beautiful Angel Meditation, a gentle journey of healing, connection and inner peace.

There was also some beautiful healing shared, lots of calm and quiet moments to simply be.

I’m so grateful to each of the lovely ladies who joined me this morning and brought their own beautiful energy into the space. It really was such a peaceful and uplifting morning.

Thank you for trusting me to hold this space for you.

I’m already looking forward to our next Self-Love Morning in November!

A little reminder that you deserve time for YOU too.

Love and Blessings Edel 💗 🙏🏻 🌹

✨ FACE-TO-FACE SOUL READINGS ✨

I’m delighted to be opening up a limited number of dates for in-person Soul Readings in Dublin & Wexford.

If you’ve been looking for a little clarity, guidance or reassurance around something that’s on your mind, your Soul Reading is a beautiful opportunity to pause, tune in and receive guidance for where you are right now.

Your reading can explore areas such as:
Love & relationships
Career & work
Decisions and moving forward
Navigating challenges

During your reading, I tune into your soul’s energy and connect with your Angels & Guides to bring through the guidance and clarity you need at this time.

Come with 2–3 clear questions that are important to you, the more specific your questions, the more focused the guidance can be.

📍 Dublin – Saturday 17th October
📍 Wexford – Saturday 7th November

A LITTLE REMINDER… YOU’RE ALLOWED TO TAKE TIME FOR YOU.

You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted.
You don’t need a reason.
And you certainly don’t need to earn rest.

Sometimes we’re so busy being there for everyone else that we forget to check in with ourselves.
So I’m inviting you to step away from the noise for just two hours.

Come, breathe, relax, reconnect with your heart.
Come exactly as you are.

We’ll share Heart Chakra Tea, journaling, a beautiful Angel Meditation, time to unwind and reconnect, and finish with an Angel Card Pull.

No goals.
Nothing to achieve.
Just a little space to BE.

Because taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.

You deserve to receive too🌹

📅 Sunday 4th October
⏰ 10am–12pm
📍 SUI, Clondalkin
💫 €40
