I specialise in Integrated Bodywork & Energy Technique, Intuitive healing, Inner healing Workshops & Courses and offer mentoring and guidance to help clients heal and release conditioning and to become conscious creators of their own well-being. She qualified in Integrated Bodywork and Energy Technique, a mixture of Amatsu, Sacral Cranial Therapy, Meditation and Massage in 2014. She later went on to study psychology and achieved diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology & Workshop Leadership & Teaching Skills. Aoife creates her workshops with the aim of helping people to help themselves, helping you understand and change the world you live in. She believes if you can change how you see yourself, the world around you changes. She combines her knowledge and techniques to give you a unique treatment you won't find anywhere else. Bringing balance back into your body, back into your mind and back into your life! She comments: “Stress is one of the main issues people suffer with.
