The Artist and poet Sandra Nelson is a day and night dreamer. She draws inspiration from her own life, as a ‘dream weaver’ weaving difficult experiences into golden threads of belonging and soul medicine. Nature is such a powerful medicine teacher. Quietly working with herbs, gardening, studying and learning stories from Irish Mythology she dives deep into the cycles of each season. You are the change. Remember you can make tiny changes each day.
