Trying out the new omega 11 from Macanta. Macanta is a local company based in Ballinasloe. Omega 11 comes from Norwegian herring so it’s really clean and sustainable. It has the benefit of omega 3 as well. I’ve heard good things so I’m looking forward to trying these and I’ll report back after a month and let you know how I’m finding them.
