Would You Be Well? – A Day of Wellness, Connection & Support
Tipperary Holistic Health Network is delighted to present Would You Be Well?, a community wellness day taking place on Sunday October 11th at MIC St Patrick’s College, Thurles.
Created by holistic therapists from across Tipperary, the event aims to support mental and emotional wellbeing as we move into the darker winter months, while giving people an opportunity to explore practical and holistic approaches to looking after themselves.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of individual therapies, including reflexology, acupuncture, hypnosis, massage, herbalism, kinesiology, Reiki, Rahanni healing, EFT, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, iridology and bioenergy healing.
There will also be a full programme of group activities from 10.30am to 5pm, including breathwork, meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, Pilates and sound therapy.
Alongside the therapies and workshops, there will be a wide variety of community, health and wellbeing stands to explore. These will include Seamoss Boss, Gut Health & Nutrition, Grounding Walks, Beekeeping, Tús Mental Health Supports, Thurles Holistic Health Hub, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Away with Nature, Women’s Shed, Men’s Shed, Heartfulness Meditation, Psychotherapy, Thurles Camera Club and Thurles Poetry Club.
The aim of the day is not only to introduce people to different approaches in wellbeing, but also to highlight the many groups, supports and activities available within the local community and encourage connection during the winter months.
The support won’t end when the day is over. Tipperary Holistic Health Network will continue to run follow-up events once monthly throughout the winter at Cabragh Wetlands, giving people further opportunities to connect, participate and support their wellbeing.
We are delighted and very grateful to have our event supported by Healthy Ireland, Tipperary County Council and Tipperary Local Enterprise Office.
Tickets for Would You Be Well? are available through Eventbrite.
