Today is World Mental Health Day:

Everyone can experience mental health challenges, just as everyone has ups and downs at times with physical health too.
Nothing is static and everything is open to improvement, including knowledge, awareness and understanding.

Don’t be an island. Don’t stick your head in the sand. Reach out. There is always hope.

It’s good to talk, and sometimes even better to listen.

What is one small thing you can do today to support your mental health AND that of someone else too? Simply start, and never stop starting.
