Some Professional Journeys Come Full Circle. 🌿

Recently, I had the opportunity to conduct a workshop on “Understanding & Managing Anxiety” at Manipal University Jaipur—a meaningful conversation with young minds around something so many of us experience, yet often struggle to understand.
But what made this visit truly special was everything that happened beyond the session.

I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Vineet Kumar, who was my teacher during my Master’s journey. Meeting a teacher years later, in a completely different professional role, is a feeling that's difficult to put into words. ❤️

And then came another beautiful connection—I was invited by Dr. Prashasthi Jain, a friend from an earlier chapter of life. Years may pass, paths may change, but some connections have a beautiful way of finding their way back.
It reminded me that behind every professional journey are people who taught us, believed in us, walked alongside us and shaped us in ways we sometimes realise much later.

Grateful for the opportunity to return as a professional, while meeting the people who were once an important part of the journey that brought me here.
Some invitations give you an opportunity to work.
Some give you an opportunity to reconnect with your roots.
This one gave me both. 🤍

Forever grateful to the wonderful people who have been part of my journey.

Self-Awareness Before Self-Improvement. 🌱

Honoured to be invited by Invertis University, Bareilly to interact with college students for a session on “Self-Awareness & Healing.”

College is often seen as the time to build a career, find your direction and prepare for the future. But somewhere along the way, we also need to learn something equally important—how to understand ourselves.

We explored our emotions, patterns, inner narratives, unresolved experiences, self-worth and the things we often carry silently.

Because healing doesn't always begin with changing who we are.
Sometimes, it begins with pausing long enough to understand who we have become—and why. 🤍

What made the session especially meaningful was the openness and curiosity of the students. Honest questions, vulnerable reflections and conversations that went beyond the usual motivational talk.
Grateful to Invertis University for creating space for conversations that young people genuinely need.

Know yourself. Make peace with yourself. And then consciously choose who you want to become. ✨

🧠✨ MINDSET RESET | Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

A powerful mindset can change the way we experience challenges, approach decisions and respond to pressure.

Recently, I conducted a corporate training programme, “Mindset Reset,” for a pharmaceutical organisation in Baddi, exploring how our thoughts, assumptions and habitual responses shape our workplace experiences.

Through interactive activities and practical reflection, we explored how to break unhelpful patterns, shift perspectives and respond with greater clarity, ownership and resilience.

Because sometimes, we don't need a new situation. We need a new perspective. 🚀

Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with college students on a topic very close to my heart:

“The Pressure to Have It All Figured Out.”

We spoke about the uncertainty that comes with being young today—the pressure to choose the right career, keep up with peers, meet expectations, build an identity and somehow have a perfect plan for the future.

But what I loved most was that it wasn't just a talk.

It was a conversation.

Listening to their questions, perspectives, experiences and sometimes even their completely different ways of looking at things reminded me once again that working with young people is a two-way learning experience.

Every interaction gives me a new lens.
Every question makes me think.
Every conversation reminds me why I love doing this. đź’™

Young minds don't always need answers. Sometimes, they simply need spaces where they can ask better questions.

And I absolutely love being part of those spaces. ✨

Beyond Productivity: Building People, Not Just Professionals. 🚀🧠

A fulfilling day at SENTISS PHARMA—facilitating a corporate learning session that went beyond slides, strategies and workplace checklists.
We explored what truly drives people at work—mindset, resilience, emotional wellbeing, communication and the ability to navigate pressure without losing ourselves in the process.

What made the session special was the openness in the room—honest conversations, real workplace experiences, thoughtful questions and plenty of moments of reflection.

Because organisations don't become stronger simply by increasing productivity.

They become stronger when their people feel equipped, connected and empowered to perform at their best.

Grateful to the SENTISS team for creating such an engaging learning space. đź’™
And this is exactly the kind of work I love—bringing psychology out of the therapy room and into the workplace, where it can create everyday impact.
Better minds. Better conversations. Better workplaces.

đź’š World Mental Health Day | 10 October
A School That Cares for Minds, Not Just Marks! 🌱

Honoured to be invited by DAV Police Public School to mark World Mental Health Day through a series of meaningful, engaging and experiential activities alongside my team.

From interactive activities with students to wellbeing engagements with the non-teaching staff, the day was designed to bring mental health conversations out of textbooks and into everyday life. 🧠✨

One of the most special highlights was a deeply engaging healing session for teachers—a space to pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves and acknowledge the emotional weight they often carry silently.

Teachers spend their days holding space for children's emotions, managing diverse needs, navigating expectations and showing up even on difficult days. But who creates space for their wellbeing?

Because the people who nurture young minds need nurturing, too. ❤️

Mental health initiatives in schools cannot be limited to a single awareness talk or an annual celebration. They must become part of the culture—where students feel safe to speak, teachers feel supported, and every member of the school community knows that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness.

Grateful to DAV Police Public School, for recognising that a mentally healthy school begins with caring for every mind within it.

Here's to building school communities where everyone feels seen, heard, supported and empowered. đź’™

LATE POST

Sometimes, life brings you back to where it all began. ❤️

It was an honour and an incredibly emotional experience to conduct a Teacher Training session at my own school—this time, not as a student sitting in the classroom, but as a professional standing in front of my teachers.
These are the very people who taught me, guided me, encouraged me, challenged me—and unknowingly helped shape the person I am today.
Standing before them and sharing what I have learnt over the years felt surreal.
But perhaps the most special moment was hearing their feedback at the end of the session. To receive appreciation and reflections from the very teachers whose classrooms once shaped my own journey was deeply humbling.
It reminded me that our professional journeys may take us far, but some places remain a part of who we become.
Today, I wasn't simply training teachers.
In many ways, I was standing on the shoulders of the teachers who taught me how to stand. 🌱
Grateful. Proud. Emotional. And incredibly humbled. 🤍

Recently, I had the opportunity to conduct a Teacher Training session on Self-Awareness—because before we understand our students, we need to understand ourselves.

We explored our triggers, emotions, communication patterns, biases and responses, and how these quietly influence the way we show up in the classroom.

A simple reminder that stayed with me:

“The more aware we become of ourselves, the more consciously we can shape the experience of those around us.”

Because great teaching isn't just about what we teach—it’s also about who we are while we teach. 💙

Teacher Wellbeing | Managing Stress, Protecting the Passion 🌿

Recently, I had the opportunity to conduct a Teacher Stress Management Workshop at Sharda International School, Gurugram.

Teaching is deeply rewarding—but it can also come with constant demands, emotional responsibilities and very little time to pause.

The session focused on recognising stress signals, understanding emotional triggers, regulating responses and building practical everyday strategies for wellbeing.

Because a teacher who feels supported and emotionally balanced can create a classroom where children feel the same. đź’™

Sometimes, taking care of the teacher is also taking care of the classroom.
