Happy New Year 2024!🌟🌟
I want to start this year giving thanks for the beautiful things I have...and one of them is the presence in my life of powerful, strong and fragile...beautiful...women with whom I walk every day, sharing this project and a deep friendship, which allows us to be able to tell each other what we think without it changing anything...but which even improves our relationship, which makes our lives coexist in harmony. mental maps so different...the only sin is physical distance. 😪(This photo goes back to our meeting here in Ariege in September).
So I thank for having had the chance to also find in physical proximity wonderful women with whom to share the journey...thank you for our conversations which enrich me, for the support and for the hugs...🌻

We are still looking for Ambassadors...help us expand the Moon Seeds network by making new connections.
There are many things you can help us with, some more active and some less active.
🧡 Become an ambassador: create a purchasing group of at least 10 women, in exchange for a percentage on each calendar. Plus, the women in your group will save on shipping by sharing it among themselves.
🧡 Become an Ambassador + Affiliate: If some of the women you know are far away, we can provide you with a link with which they can purchase directly from you!
🧡 Be a reseller of Moon Seeds: if you are a yoga teacher, or you organize women's circles, or you have a small organic store, a designer store, a holistic practice... in short, you dedicate yourself to an activity who shares the same philosophy with us.
🧡 Be supportive: You don't do or want to do these things I just listed, but you know of places (like the ones just described) where other women could help us.
🧡 if you ready purchased a Moon Seeds bring it to a store near by and ask if they are interested! Most of the store have been found like this… getting in touch with businesses is really hard!!
🧡 Do you have any other ideas we haven’t thought of?

*Aspettando la Celebrazione del Solstizio d'Inverno: Semi di Luna nei Boschi dell'Appennino*
Il freddo dell'inverno avvolge dolcemente gli Appennini, e nei boschi secolari, Semi di Luna si prepara al maestoso spettacolo del Solstizio. Tra muschio, foglie, e rametti, raccolgo con rispetto il materiale necessario per celebrare l'arrivo della stagione invernale.
Sotto il cielo cristallino, saluto il sole in declino, ringraziando per la luce e il calore che ha accompagnato le stagioni passate. Con gratitudine, accolgo il freddo che avanza, consapevole che ogni stagione porta con sé la sua bellezza e la sua saggezza.
In un cerchio sacro tra gli alberi secolari, rendo omaggio alle generazioni che mi hanno preceduta, sentendo la presenza di antichi passi che hanno attraversato gli stessi sentieri. Le radici degli alberi, testimoni del tempo, raccontano storie di famiglie che hanno camminato insieme in armonia con la natura.
La magia si risveglia nei dettagli, nei piccoli doni della natura: il muschio che ricopre le pietre come una coperta morbida, le foglie che danzano nell'aria in un rituale silenzioso, i rametti di abete che intrecciano storie di vita e morte.
Tra gli alberi secolari, gli spiriti del bosco vegliano silenziosi, custodi di un'antica saggezza. Fate, gnomi e folletti si fanno sentire, mescolandosi al vento gelido che sussurra segreti antichi. Il bosco è vivo con la magia dell'inverno, con la promessa del ritorno della luce dopo il solstizio più buio.
Con un cuore grato, sono pronta ad accogliere il nuovo ciclo che si apre di fronte a me. In quella notte magica, il bosco si animerà di mistero e di speranza, mentre la luce, timida ma sicura, inizierà il suo ritorno.

✨Dear sister .darkernights has written for us a beautiful article about circadian rhythms and how they affect our lives! This is such an important topic and for me following her advice made a huge difference! In this world of strong lights and imposed rhythm is so hard for our bodies to sane and healthy! So with a bit of knowledge we can actually make a difference and allow the boy functions to do their job! You can find Nikko also where specific talks about circadian rhythm in pregnancy and how to implement changes and why!
Thank you Nikko for doing your research and sharing this knowledge that is so important !
The art work we combined with the article is by , she has collaborated with us already in 2022 and we were so honored and happy to have her back with two of her drawings… we will present the other one soon!!
The collaborative aspect of Moon Seeds is what I most love about this project!

✨Another brilliant collaborator ✨ so grateful to have her in Moon Seeds 2024 ! We have talk a lot about menstrual cycle, phases, blood , menopause… but what is not talked about much is PERIMENOPAUSE , a process that can take even 12 years through which our body slowly transitions to not bleeding anymore! Huge shift!
I knew who to ask for that topic!
is certified fertility awareness and holistic reproductive and sexual health practitioner. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she helps people become advocate for their own health and live vibrant and healthy lives!

Per questo ogni anno in questa agenda cerchiamo un equilibrio fra proporre strade diverse e cercare nuovi modi di approcciare le stesse tematiche, sempre tendendo alla stessa meta: abbracciare la propria ciclicità, la propria dea interiore, conoscere ed amare il proprio corpo, riscoprire la propria femminilità.
