May this offering honor Grandy Nanny as I send love and blessings to our brothers and sisters in Moore Town celebrating Nanny Day 🌬️

And to this beautiful soul in the Reading, blessings on finding her twin flame and experiencing heightened activations and spiritual encounters 🔥

Fun fact... The Abeng calls forth the Maroon Ancestors under its charge! I usually use my Conch Shell in Readings 🐚 But this time the Ancestors insisted on di Abeng, then took over 🤭

If "come with your questions," but we (Ancestors) BEEN waiting on you, was ever a Reading, lol 👆🏾

Akwaaba & Mabrika (Welcome)! I am Empress LaTara, a Premier Indigenous Oracle, Medium, and Seer, carrying the Ancestral keys to commune beyond the veil 👁

I have reopened my space to the collective following a 40 day sacred period of Ancestral remembrance.

Today brings auspicious energy for transformation and manifestation under the New Moon. A sacred time for renewal, alignment, and new beginnings 🌬

I'm calling this reading the "Ancestral DNA Test" 😂

Back story: She came for a Reading about her late father as he was spiritually gifted and worked with Obeah. She didn’t know he was Maroon, and she didn't understand how to tame her own spiritual gifts, she thought she was going crazy.

I did not know any of this beforehand, until I called her father and great-grandmother forward during the reading. They gave her tools, offering instructions, and they revealed her Maroon lineage located in Eastern Jamaica, Portland and St. Mary 🤭

One Love 👑

I don’t use tarot or cards. I am an Oracle, Medium, and embodiment of my Indigenous Ancestral lineage and traditional ways.

Happy Emancipation/Independence, Jamaica 🇯🇲 Today I celebrate the resilience, beauty, and strength of our nation, while also honoring Maroon Independence—the unbroken spirit of our Ancestors who fought for freedom and self-determination long before 1962. Proud to be Jamaican. Proud to be Maroon 💚🖤💛

Part II (see my last post) 🪾 I gathered the leaves my late Granny showed me in my vision and completed the cleansing, sealing it beneath the Buck 🦌 Full Moon with Kojo's Ancestral stick.

Only a select few received this sacred stick through traditional Maroon ceremony and rituals on Papa Kojo's birthday, with Papa Kojo and Accompong as witnesses. Their presence continues to guide my work ✨

As this Buck Full Moon peaks tomorrow morning, release what no longer serves you 🌬

Last night, I had a vision of my late grandmother cleansing our home with sacred plant smoke. She instructed me to add a specific plant to the blend, but when I woke up, I realized I didn't have it. So I went out and got it and completed the work with my Ancestral stick.

For me, it's another reminder that we never die, we simply shed the flesh. Our Ancestors are alive, present, and active.

As a Oracle, Medium, and Priestess, I've never compromised my truth. And I am honored to share my experiences through magazine features and my work.

Heart of Love ❤️💛💚
