يعاني اللاعبين الرياضيين و صغار السن من اصابات رياضيه عديده في الاربطه و الغضاريف الهلاليه والاوتار ولكن اخطرها اصابة الغضروف المبطن للمفصل حيث ينكشف العظم اسفل الغضروف مما يؤدي لاحقا الى خشونه مبكره في الركبه.
سابقا لم يكن هناك حلول لهذه الاصابه الا تداخلات بسيطه و في معظم الاحيان يستمر الالم عند المريض و لايستعيد المفصل حركته السابقه.
الان توصلت التكنولوجيا الحديثه الى صناعة رقعه غضروفيه نقوم بزراعتها مكان الاصابه مما يؤدي الى بناء غضروف جديد.
تستهدف هذه التقنيه اصابات الغضروف المبطن للمفصل الناتجه عن الاصابات الرياضيه او الكسور داخل المفصل.
تجرى عمليه زراعة الرقعه بالمنظار في معظم الحالات حيث لا يتجاوز وقت العمليه ساعة و هي عمليه امنه. مدة الاقامه في المستشفى يوم واحد ويتبعها علاج طبيعي متخصص لتأهيل المفصل تحت اشرافنا.
هذه التكنولوجيا الحديثه ادت الى نقله نوعيه في جراحة المفاصل و بالذات الركبه.
وبالتالي نجنب حصول خشونه مستقبليه و نحافظ على سلامة الركبه و ممارسة الرياضه بشكل فعال بدون مضاعفات جانبيه.
