🚨Proverbs 6:16-19
states that God hates six things, with a seventh being detestable to Him.

The Seven Detestable Things
-Haughty Eyes.Arrogant or prideful looks that put others down.
-A lying tongue: Dishonesty and deceit.
-Hands that shed innocent blood: Violence and harm to the innocent.
-A heart that devises wicked plans: Plotting evil or malicious schemes.
-Feet that make haste to run to evil: Eagerness to participate in wrongdoing.
-A false witness who breathes out lies: Giving dishonest testimony or spreading false rumors.
-One who sows discord among brothers: Stirring up conflict, division, or trouble within a community.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IS NOT SOMETHING TO TAKE LIGHTLY!

Poorly controlled hypertension can silently damage the heart, brain, kidneys and eyes, increasing the risk of stroke, heart failure, kidney disease and other serious complications.

⚠️ Do not ignore persistently high BP. Take prescribed medication consistently, attend regular medical reviews, reduce excess salt, avoid unnecessary self-medication, and monitor your BP regularly.

If your BP is extremely high or you develop chest pain, severe headache, difficulty breathing, weakness, confusion or vision changes, seek emergency medical care immediately.

❤️ Know your numbers. Control your pressure. Protect your life.
