Iron-deficient?
What you eat matters, and your digestive wellness matters even more.

These foods contain fiber, and some of them are fermented to support gut health and digestion.
Remember to avoid tea or coffee around iron-rich meals, and pair foods with vitamin C to boost absorption.

The 4-step process to naturally improve your low iron

1. The elimination of inflammatory foods and ultra-processed foods
2. Eating iron-rich foods with intention - avoid coffee, tea, and milk along with iron-rich foods
3. Avoid ultra-processed foods that may cause inflammation of the gut lining
4. Take care of your digestive wellness. it determines if your nutrients are absorbed or not. Eat fermented foods that support iron absorption, like fermented beet shots and sauerkraut.

if you're a low-iron girlie, and you've been doing everything right, it's time to abandon all the generic advice.

while eating more iron food is actually a logical piece of advice, it's half-baked.

and most of the time it doesn't work.
especially if your digestive system is malfunctioning.

most nutrient deficiencies are actually caused by malabsorption for several reasons [poor gut health and dysbiosis is just one]

fixing your gut health makes the biggest difference so you actually get the iron from your food.

I have a FREE gut health guide, link in bio.
