It’s okay to feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure — motherhood was never meant to be carried alone. Asking for help is not a weakness, it’s a brave act of self-love and protection for you and your baby.

Take a breath. Rest when you can. Speak when your heart feels heavy.
A healthy mama raises a healthier family ; and you deserve care too.

You are doing the best you can, and that is enough. 🤍

The Lesotho Alliance for Maternal Mental Health has been successfully launched! 🎉

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners , CHIME Project, The Ministry of Health, Stellenbosch University, The National University of Lesotho,Clinton Health Access Initiative, EGPAF, National university of Lesotho, Love Maternity, Tunasafiri, LeBoHa, for the collaboration that made this milestone possible.

We are deeply honored to witness the birth of this structure, knowing that maternal mental health thrives when strong social structures are in place. When families, communities, and health systems walk together to support mothers, we secure not only the well-being of mothers but also the future of our nation. 💙
