September 19, 2026

Thank you to everyone who shared space exploring expressive arts and body literacy through art-making, breathwork, and bilateral & meridian-based practices-- a time to slow down, notice, and express what we were carrying.

Thank you to Sage Garden Modern Apothecary for sharing their tea with us. 🍃 Until next time!

May I attain Buddhahood for the sake of all that lives. 🌟

Honored to take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha at the Philippine Karma Kagyu Temple on September 14. My third ceremony--second refuge, building upon a prior Bodhisattva vow.

I am bestowed with the Dharma name, Karma Lekshy Phuntsok ☸️

May all beings share in these merits! 🪷

Just for today. 🌟

The whole universe and nature are changing minute by minute. So even if we dream for tomorrow, people can never be able to reach the future. Also, we cannot go back to the past. The world we live in is now. Thus all you can do is to reflect upon yourself and live now honestly and modestly. (~Reiki Ryoho no Shiori, 1974)
