Let's be honest, those warm Spring days are mostly reserved for the second half of the season. Until then, let's stay warm and talk about sleeping soundly in Spring, shall we?

Each season has it’s benefits and drawbacks as far as sleep is concerned and Spring is no stranger to having it’s own proverbial can of “sleep” worms to watch out for and it’s seasonal strategies to ensure sound sleep each night.

The shift from winter to spring is always a time of overall lightening : more daytime brightness and early evening light, progressively warmer but fluctuating temperatures, wardrobe and outerwear lightening and oftentimes a desire to lighten weight-wise within our bodies before we get into the swing of shedding more and more clothing as the season unfolds into summer and more....

These shifts can mess up a good sleep situation or perpetuate a long-standing one into yet another season of life. But it doesn't have to.....

Do you feel like you’re holding a lifetime of fatigue?

If you’re a mom reading this, you have been through a lot. 

We each have the inner knowing of how much it means to grow and raise humans and how much we mean to those littles of ours. It’s a lot to hold. It’s exhausting.

But we can heal from this maternal exhaustion and grow our capacity for holding it all. It happens with real self-care made for real moms like you and like us.

Real self-care means tending to the exhaustion not only of today but also for all the days since becoming a mom and for all the days that will follow. 

This means that daily self-care (including deeper rest, self-caring movement and better sleep) is essential to healing from the exhaustion of the past, the present and the future.

Your time may not feel like it belongs to you anymore but we’re here to help you shift this story and take back your time. 

How did we get here?

We’ve all experienced that moment of feeling the heaviness of all the decisions and compromises we made that got us here. You know, all the things you want to say yes to and all the things you feel you have to say yes to…

Sleeping well as a mom is pretty much as simple as making cookies.

It really is.

It's just that all of the messages around us are telling us the exact opposite and just giving us advice that will help us struggle in sleep instead of succeed.

Plus, this isn't just a recipe I threw together without testing it which can sometimes happen with cookie recipes and sleep hacks you can find on the internet. A recipe can also work for one person and not for another.

The recipe I'll be teaching you tomorrow is the same process that I and my clients have personalized and use to start sleeping better at any stage and circumstance of motherhood.
