Let's be honest, those warm Spring days are mostly reserved for the second half of the season. Until then, let's stay warm and talk about sleeping soundly in Spring, shall we?
Each season has it’s benefits and drawbacks as far as sleep is concerned and Spring is no stranger to having it’s own proverbial can of “sleep” worms to watch out for and it’s seasonal strategies to ensure sound sleep each night.
The shift from winter to spring is always a time of overall lightening : more daytime brightness and early evening light, progressively warmer but fluctuating temperatures, wardrobe and outerwear lightening and oftentimes a desire to lighten weight-wise within our bodies before we get into the swing of shedding more and more clothing as the season unfolds into summer and more....
These shifts can mess up a good sleep situation or perpetuate a long-standing one into yet another season of life. But it doesn't have to.....
